Welcome and Break-up 101

Hello everyone! For my first session I will introduce myself and tell you what this will be about.

First, the purpose: to help people! As most of you know, i bring a lot of brutal (and maybe too brutal) honesty into the world, and so i would like to make up for that by helping people through their problems. Don't get me wrong, I'm still going to give as much constructive critisism as ever, but that's besides the point.
With that in mind, let us start with the first session of making YOU feel better about yourself. this first one is called "Break-up 101." Here are some of the ways you can get over your ex:
1. Pretend like your relationship never happened and keep on being friends. This may be hard at first, but if you really try, you will be able to eventually become friends again.
2. get busy! join a team, try a new hobby... anything that keeps your mind off of them!
3. Listen to music. Listening to music, especially breakup songs, can really help. Just don't listen to love ballads.

DON'T:
1. Grovel for forever. for a few days it's ok, but then move on. You have a life to live, so live it to the fullest, not to the most depressed!
2. try to persuade your ex not to break up with you or to get back together with you. they obviously don't want to be with you anymore, so trying to persuade them will not only make a fool out of yourself but also turn them off. they'll walk away thinking: "and this is exactly why i broke up with you..."

Music, as i have mentioned before, does help you feel better. find one or two songs that you can relate to and listen to them until you feel better! here are some songs i've found helpful in the past:
